Hidden Costs
There are none. We hate surprises when we’re buying anything, so we treat our customers as we like to be treated. For example, we don’t charge a plate fee for your artwork and there are no additional shipping charges if you’re in Edmonton. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. The only additional charges are outlined below.
Plain, In-view Costs
• Out-of-town Freight: All orders are F.O.B. Edmonton, AB, so out-of-town customers are responsible for any additional freight costs. We can ship for you, or you can specify your preferred carrier.
• Artwork: All artwork is required in AI (Adobe Illustraotr) or PSD (Adobe Photoshop) format, complete and in its final form as it shall appear on the product. It is best to put your logo elements on a background that is the same size as the bag you are ordering. Simply place these elements where you want them to appear on the final bag. This will eliminate confusion as to your intentions.
Any work required to complete, fix or transform artwork into the correct format shall be charged a service fee of $75.00 per hour.
• Taxes: It’s not our fault. The government makes us collect them, so collect them we do. On the positive side, you should get the GST portion back when you file your own taxes.
Terms
• This is a custom product, made to your specifications. We can’t re-sell it or return it if you change your mind after you order. As such, we require a 50% deposit before we start production, and the balance upon delivery. We accept cheques, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• All orders are F.O.B. Edmonton, AB. Out-of-town customers are responsible for any additional freight. At your request, we can use your preferred carrier and charges can be billed directly to your account.
